Classes for Beginning and Experienced Riders

• Basic RiderCourse® for beginning riders is aimed at those riders who want to receive a motorcycle endorsement on their driver's license. Trainer motorcycles are provided, as well as loaner helmets. Eight hours of classroom instruction and 12 hours riding in a controlled, off-street environment provided. A valid driver's license is required and students should be able to balance and operate a bicycle. (Tuition is $190.00; $25 Cancellation Fee if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the class.  No tuition refund or re-schedule of class if cancellation is made within 72 hours of the class)

Age Requirements: You must be at least 15 years old to participate in the Basic RiderCourse training. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent.

• Experienced RiderCourse® is aimed at those veteran riders interested in learning about advanced riding techniques or receive a better understanding of issues like traction management. Students participating in this class must provide their own helmet and motorcycle. Valid proof of motorcycle insurance and a motorcycle endorsement on driver's license are required. This class is five hours and range-based. (Tuition is $100.00; $25 Cancellation Fee if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the class.  No tuition refund or re-schedule of class if cancellation is made within 72 hours of the class)

Instructors are also licensed by the State of Kansas

• Also available is a course of Touring & Trailering for riders who want to pack up for an extended road trip, possibly pulling a trailer behind your motorcycle. Students will also learn how to plan an itinerary, budget for touring, prepare for emergency situations, pack a motorcycle and/or trailer, and the dynamics of carrying a passenger/load and towing a trailer.
